Thank you for your interest in our holistic clinic. To schedule an appointment please call (970) 667-7071. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 9-5, with evening and early morning hours available by appointment only.
We have a two part initial visit. Your first visit in our clinic will be primarily focused on gathering as much information about your situation as possible and will last approximately 1 ½ hours. At the end of your first visit, we will decide together whether any further testing should be done, and you will be given some suggestions to try immediately.
The second part of the initial evaluation takes place after your entire case has been reviewed. A comprehensive treatment plan will be presented to you at this time. The cost is $245, which includes both visits.

So we may best serve you and use your time in the office to the best advantage, please review and complete the provided health history forms. If time permits, please mail or fax all of the completed forms along with copies of any recent laboratory work you have had done before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to review the information briefly before seeing you.
