Both doctors graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland Oregon and moved to Colorado in 2002. Dr. Plummer and Dr. Koloski opened Sage Holistic Health together in January 2003. Their skills offer a unique blending of therapeutic modalities.

The doctors refer their patients to each other for specific treatments, as well as to other health care professionals when appropriate in order to provide the best care for each individual. They have worked diligently to develop an extensive referral network among other holistic health care practitioners as well as conventional health care providers.

To support the community, the doctors donate to and support the Downtown Loveland Association, Alternatives to Violence, Loveland Youth Gardeners, and Hearts and Horses.
