Sage Holistic Health Tip of the Month


Grilled Zucchini

  • 2-4 zucchini or summer squash
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cayenne powder or rosemary

Slice vegetables on a diagonal, 1/4-1/2 inch thick.  Place slices in a bowl.  Add oil and salt to coat, and mix well.

Using tongs, place slices on a medium-hot grill.  Flip slices when you see the grill marks.  Do not over-char!

Arrange slices on a platter.  Sprinkle with a dash of cayenne or rosemary and serve hot.

The Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors is the state organization of the profession. Doctors of Naturopathic Medicine (NDs) are the highest trained practitioners in the broadest scope of naturopathic medical modalities. The Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree is a four-year program to train holistic general care doctors and prepare them to sit for examination in states and provinces that license NDs.
