Sage Holistic Health Tip of the Month


Grilled Zucchini

  • 2-4 zucchini or summer squash
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cayenne powder or rosemary

Slice vegetables on a diagonal, 1/4-1/2 inch thick.  Place slices in a bowl.  Add oil and salt to coat, and mix well.

Using tongs, place slices on a medium-hot grill.  Flip slices when you see the grill marks.  Do not over-char!

Arrange slices on a platter.  Sprinkle with a dash of cayenne or rosemary and serve hot.

Corporate Wellness Programs

We have developed a corporate wellness program involving a series of classes and have recently completed a well-received program for Platte River Power Authority.

We are happy to develop a program catered to the needs of your employees, whether you have a few employees desiring more individualized care or hundreds you would like to reach in order to improve their health and ultimately their productivity. We are willing to create a range of programs from simple educational series or more hands-on monitoring of blood work, blood pressure, and weight. We can also set up individual treatment sessions utilizing nutritional consultations and acupuncture on site.
